About repairing our products

The holding period of the performance parts for repairing CS Port products is 8 years after the manufacturing cutoff, but we strive to inventory and store the parts as much as possible so that customers can use it forever.
Also, in order to use with peace of mind for a long time, please also perform regular overhaul and maintenance at our company in order to maintain initial purchase performance.

If you agree with the quotation details, we will deliver a dedicated communication box from our transport company designated by us.
Since vacuum tubes and heavy objects are included, packing and shipping by customers themselves is dangerous of damage so please refrain.

Identification of repair content and final estimate

We will identify the repair contents and tell by email or post about the final estimate and the repair completion schedule.

Delivery, setting

When direct delivery and setting are desired, we may respond to circumstances.
(There may be a business trip fee separately)

Over 51km ¥ 10,000
Setting at delivery and transportation cost ¥ 1,000 per piece

※ When using a toll road, parking lot, or when you need accommodation for long distance, we add each necessary expenses.

Shipping cost

Both round trip charges for actual expenses of freight charges will be borne.

Engineering cost

"Basic cost" + "technology cost" + "overhaul basic cost" will be repair work fee.
※ Overhaul will be done only at the customer's request, but we will undertake consultation with customers if we believe it is necessary at our company's discretion.
